Frozen Port of Kenosha. 2016. Wisconsin's coastal waters of Lake Michigan tend to freeze and create tiny glaciers. Piers, beaches, and boulders glaze over with ice. Wildlife remains active. Lake effect cloud formations are prevalent year long but better seen in the winter.
